Unless noted below or in the product description, most products can be returned directly to PLUG AND PLAY POS SYSTEMS LLC within 30 days from the date of invoice if all of the following requirements are met. Items returned must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days only. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process refunds and credit your account. Our Return Policy for Software and Software related modules/add-ons/contracts is consistent with the manufacturer’s license agreement. ALL SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE see product descriptions for information. PLUG AND PLAY POS SYSTEMS LLC does not accept returns on special order products. These are products which are not listed on the site for purchase. are Non-Returnable.

To receive credit, all products must 1) be returned in their original packaging in Pristine Condition, 2) include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc., 3) be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory fresh condition. All products must be returned double boxed, with no markings or writing on the original box. If a product shows signs that the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may be denied resulting in shipment of the product back to the customer. Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. If the returned item meets all the above requirements, it will be accepted and a restocking fee will be applied depending on the sale value of the returned items: RMA Return Numbers are only Valid for 30 Days. After 30 Days the RMA is expired and no longer valid for return.

DOA Policy

If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), contact us immediately or fill out the online RMA request form. Most hardware products (excluding software and consumables) can be returned if DOA within 30 days of invoice, and in most cases a replacement unit cn be shipped with Manufacturer consent. DOA merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted. Full refunds are only given to non-functional products. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items unless noted otherwise by PLUG AND PLAY POS SYSTEMS LLC..

Under certain circumstances RMA Replacement Equipment for DOA Failures can be shipped as replacements from PLUG AND PLAY POS SYSTEMS LLC directly on a case by case basis. The DOA Failure Equipment must be returned within 30 days of the RMA Call Tag being issued. Failure to return the DOA Equipment will result in an open Invoice for the DOA Equipment issued to the client with Payment Due, and an immediate Credit, and Support hold on the account. After 30 Days of issued Call Tag this DOA Equipment that has been replaced is no longer returnable, and client can contact the manufacturer to receive warranty support for this equipment.

General Inventory Restocking Fees:

  • All Software offers No Restock and is Non-Refundable
  • 25% of purchase price (minimum $35) for All POS & PC Hardware
  • Large Hardware orders over $2500, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied in certain instances
  • Any products that are not in “Factory Fresh” or “Like New” condition will be charged additional restocking fees based on the condition of the equipment. Condition of the equipment will be determined by PLUG AND PLAY POS SYSTEMS LLC.
  • Any missing accessories or products returned with damages or damaged packing material will be charged an additional restocking fee. Additional fee will be determined based on what is missing or the damage done.

PLUG AND PLAY POS SYSTEMS LLC Systems Restocking Fees:

All PLUG AND PLAY POS SYSTEMS LLC. Complete Restaurant Systems may be returned within 45 days of the date of invoice. A restocking fee will be applied to all returns on a per unit basis. One unit is considered to be either a Main Register, a Back Office Station, or an Order Station. For all systems, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the systems back to PLUG AND PLAY POS SYSTEMS LLC..

  • SPECIAL ORDER PC Systems - $400 Restock Fee per Unit
  • Counter Service Restaurant Systems - $500 Restock Fee per Unit
  • Dine-In Restaurant Systems: - $700 Restock Fee per Unit

Professional Services Restocking Fees:

  • All professional services, including custom programming, card printing, and label printing, Menu Database Programming are non-refundable.

Refusal Fees:

  • A $30.00 refusal fee will apply to all items that are not accepted by customer upon delivery.

Freight Charges:

Freight charges for all returns are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
