Our Shipping Policies

Home - Security Policy - Payment Policy

We offer FREE shipping service via UPS Ground on all direct from Warehouse Items.  

 

NOTE: All Systems that require Preparation such as Software loading, Network Configuration, Menu & Peripherals Setup, etc, may be subject to Shipping Charges.

 

We offer our customers the following additional shipping options subject to charge if quicker delivery is desired:  Shipping addresses must be a business or residential address, we will not ship to a PO Box.

  •      Domestic Orders (Excl. Alaska & Hawaii): UPS Ground (Free), UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS NextDay Air, Saturday Delivery not available in all areas.

  •      Orders to Alaska & Hawaii - UPS Free Ground Not Available: UPS 2 Day Air, UPS NextDay Air, and may be subject to a minimum of $20.00 additional charges that apply,  a Plug and Play POS representative will contact you with details.

  •      Canada Orders: UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus, and are subject to a minimum of $20.00 additional charges that may apply, a Plug and Play POS representative will contact you with details.

  •      International Orders: International Orders and Shipping - Please Call, or Email: intl@pluginpos.com 

Shipping Time: Orders placed on our site usually ship the same day unless a product is out of stock.  Orders with Additional Services usually ship within 48 Hours

 

Checking Order Status: To check the status of an order, click the Your Account link in the upper right corner of each page and login to your account. Orders that are awaiting shipment are defined as Pending while orders that have shipped are labeled Closed. Once an order has been shipped, you can view the tracking number in order to determine a delivery date from the shipping carrier.
