POS PERIPHERAL RETURNS - Unless noted below or in the product description, all
hardware products can be cancelled or returned directly to Plug and Play POS within 30 days from the
date of invoice. Items returned must first be issued a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 15
days only. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process refunds and credit your
account.
To receive credit, all products must (1) be returned
in their original packaging, (2) include all manuals, cables, warranty
cards, etc., 3) be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory
new condition. All products must be returned double boxed, with no
markings or writing on the original box. If a product shows signs that
the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, a
refund may be denied resulting in shipment of the product back to the
customer. Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible
for shipping costs on returned items. If the returned item meets all the
above requirements, it will be accepted and a restocking fee will be
applied depending on the sale value of the returned items:
Aldelo Systems Restocking &
Returns
- RMA# REQUIRED All Aldelo Complete Restaurant Systems may be
cancelled or returned within 30 days of the date of invoice. Software
however cannot be cancelled or refunded after Software Registration.
(All Aldelo Software Sales are Final). A hardware restocking fee will be
applied to all returns on a per unit basis. One unit is considered to be
either a Cashier Station, a Back Office Station, Wait-Staff or Bar Print Station or an Order Station. For
all systems, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated
with sending the systems back to Plug and Play POS. Any products that are not
in ?Factory New? or ?Like New? condition will be charged
additional restocking fees based on the condition of the equipment.
Condition of the equipment will be determined by Plug and Play POS.

- 25% of System (Hardware Only) Total Restock Fee :
Freight charges for all returns are
not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned
items. Our Return Policy for software is consistent with the
manufacturer?s license agreement. We do not accept returns Software or
Service Contracts. For certain items all sales are final and returns are
not available, see product descriptions for information.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
All Professional Services, including
Onsite Support & Installation, Custom Menu Programming, Special
Order Hardware, Card Printing, Shipping are
Non-Refundable.
Restocking POS Peripheral (Hardware) Fees:
5% of purchase price (minimum $15) if a product (s) of
equal or greater value is purchased as a replacement.
10% of purchase price (minimum $35) if no replacement
is purchased
*on orders over $2500, a
restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied in certain instances
Refusal fees:
- A
$25.00 refusal fee will apply to all items that are not accepted upon
delivery.
DOA Policy
If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA),
contact us immediately or fill out the RMA request form. Please see
manufacturer?s warranties for manufacturer DOA polices. Full refunds
are only given to non-functional products. Customer is responsible for
shipping costs on returned items unless noted otherwise by Plug and Play
POS
In order to make a return you
must contact customer service to receive a return authorization number.
In order to return a product for full refund, the product must be
returned in the original packaging unopened. Products that have been
opened are not refundable.

Returns
Most demo and returned items show very little usage with only minor
scratches or blemishes. All items are fully functioning and have
been tested to insure usability. These items are sold as is and a
warranty is not guaranteed. Clearance items arriving Dead on
Arrival (DOA) can be returned within 30 days. Items not DOA can not
be returned.
Equipment Condition Descriptions:
- Like New: Item is in original packaging, no scratches and no
signs of wear
- Very Good: Item may be in original packaging, possible light
scratches and signs of wear
- Good: Item has scratches and signs of wear
- Functional: Item has scratches and may have dents or other
cosmetic blemishes.
Payments
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express Credit
Cards. COD Certified Check, Third party Leasing is available.
