Aldelo Systems Inc., is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive merger agreement with
NextPOS Corporation, a leading Developer of Restaurant Software Solutions.
This merger with NextPOS Corporation, based in California USA, further strengthens our position in the Restaurant and Hospitality Market. The resources of
Aldelo Systems Inc. combined with the NextPOS "For Restaurants" line of software will provide our clients an even better restaurant solution than before. This partnership is also expected to result in greater efficiency and significantly increase our market share.
NextPOS Corporation will use its existing infrastructure and personnel, while incorporating their existing software line into the
Aldelo development cycle.
As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our customers, partners and employees to make the integration process as smooth as possible. The integration of both companies will take place over the next several months. As always our customers will continue to receive the same high quality of sales and technical support, which they have come to expect.
NextPOS Corporation will be renamed to Aldelo Systems Inc. , and their flagship product will be named as
Aldelo for Restaurants.
